    Phoenix Metro

A new AC install in the Phoenix Metro is a five-figure decision and the difference between a great install and a mediocre install will follow you for 12–18 years. Most of what makes the difference happens in the first 8 hours — and it's not visible after the install is complete.

Fast Track Heating and Cooling installs central air conditioning systems for homes across the Valley. Every install starts with a Manual J load calculation, includes a duct inspection, and ends with a real startup test that verifies refrigerant charge, airflow, and temperature split.

    What's Included

    Right-sized system selection
    High-efficiency units
    Professional installation
    Manufacturer warranties
    Post-install testing

    Our AC install process

Step one: an in-home visit. We measure square footage, check insulation and windows, inspect the existing duct system, and listen to what isn't working about your current setup. From there we run a Manual J load calculation that produces an actual BTU number for your home.

Step two: written proposal with options. Typically two or three equipment tiers — single-stage, two-stage, and variable-speed — across one or two brands. You see equipment specs, efficiency ratings, warranties, and total installed price for each.

Step three: install day. Floors are protected, old equipment is removed, refrigerant is recovered per EPA, the new condenser is set on a pad, the line set is brazed with nitrogen flowing (this prevents oxidation inside the lines), the system is pulled into a deep vacuum (under 500 microns) to remove all moisture, refrigerant is weighed in to manufacturer spec, electrical is checked, and the system is started and tested while we're still on site.

    Equipment we install

Single-stage 14.3 SEER2 (the new minimum efficiency in the Southwest) for budget-conscious replacements. Two-stage units in the 16–17 SEER2 range for the best value most Arizona homes will see. Variable-speed inverter systems (Trane XV20, Carrier Infinity, Lennox SL series) for premium comfort and the lowest possible operating cost.

Heat pumps are an option in our climate too — efficient enough to heat through Phoenix winters and they consolidate AC and heating into one outdoor unit.

Things we won't skip (that some installers do)

We always pull a deep vacuum and verify with a micron gauge. We always braze with nitrogen. We always weigh in refrigerant rather than 'gauge it in' (which is inaccurate). We always measure static pressure and temperature split before we leave. We always register the equipment for the 10-year warranty on your behalf.

    Serving the Entire Phoenix Metro

Phoenix-area cooling loads are unique — high outdoor temperatures, low humidity, intense solar gain. Equipment that performs great in Atlanta or Houston may not be the right fit here. We design for our climate.

From dense Phoenix neighborhoods to spread-out Queen Creek acreage, our trucks run the entire Valley every day. We know which subdivisions have undersized return ducts, which Mesa zip codes still have R-22 systems hanging on, and which Scottsdale custom builds were finished with two-stage equipment that needs specialized parts.

Cities we regularly serve include Phoenix, Mesa, Scottsdale, Tempe, Chandler, Gilbert, Glendale, Peoria, Surprise, Queen Creek, Apache Junction, Paradise Valley, Fountain Hills, Ahwatukee, plus surrounding East Valley and West Valley communities. If you're inside the 101, 202, or 303 loop, we can usually be at your door the same day you call.
